Using this site

You're welcome here. Read it, share it, link to it. Don't try to break it, don't scrape it into someone else's product, and don't use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive.

The site is offered as it is. We keep it accurate and we keep it up, but we can't promise it will never be wrong or never be down.

What you send us

When you fill in a form, you're telling us it's your own information and that you'd like a reply. We treat it the way the privacy policy describes.

Don't send us anything confidential through the contact form. It reaches a shared inbox and a shared CRM, which is right for arranging a tour and wrong for a secret.

The mailing list

If you asked for the occasional note, you'll get one every so often: a few a year, not a weekly drip. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect straight away.

What's ours

The Apricity name, the writing, the design, and the photography on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Quoting us with credit is fine. Lifting the lot is not.

Anything we say about opening

Apricity is being built. Dates, rates, and what's included are our honest current intention and not a promise; they can move while the renovation finishes. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment on its own; the membership agreement is where that happens.

Where this is decided

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. If something goes wrong, write to hello@apricityhub.io first; most things end there.
